Shanghai and Alfred wanted a modern two-tier buttercream wedding cake with abstract colouring to celebrate their wedding.
They chose the Kindred, an open working and event space in west London located opposite St Paul's Church with a beautiful backdrop of cherry blossoms.
Colour inspiration was taken from the saloon bar, and included rich umbers and burnt orange.
The flavours chosen were blueberry and vanilla cake with blueberry conserve and lemon curd on the bottom and carrot, orange and raisin cake with roasted peach and vanilla on the top. For more flavour inspiration, have a look at the flavours that I make here
